Roger Vlitos is a Travel and Editorial Photographer whose work has appeared in dozens of books, magazines and brochures internationally over the past 25 years. He is a published author as well as a teacher and University lecturer on photography and historical subjects. Roger was born in the USA with Greek and French ancestry but has lived in Britain for most of his life. He is based in the ancient village of Avebury, near Marlborough in Wiltshire, England where he has made a special study of Avebury, Silbury Hill, and other parts of this landscape in all weathers and moods. His photographs often use color to evoke spirit of place and a sense of timelessness. He also uses black and white when he feels it suits the subject.
